Sleeping Potion

A potion to help you drift off to sleep, darling.

To create your own sleeping potion at home, try this.

Mix 1 tbsp. of valerian tincture, 3 tbsp. of honey and 1 1/2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar together about 20 minutes before going to bed. Set aside. Then, warm up 1/2 cup of milk. Slowly stir in the milk, a half a cup at a time. Go on into your bedroom and apply 2 drops of lavender essential oils, then rub your wrists together. This will help you drift off to sleep.
